Note: Your Photos Viewer must be in the All Programs area. If it’s not there, right-click on the photo file and choose “Open With”.

If the error you’re referring to is the access violation, then there was in fact no error recorded beforehand.
Referring to the OpenGL 4.4 core profile specification, page 20-1:
6.12.2 Texture objects
An error will be generated by any command that tries to access a texture object with any valid mipmap levels and any valid layer, face, or level precision.
