Steam API
Steam API is a C++ wrapper for the Steamworks SDK, which provides the
Steam Machines with the access to the SteamNet and SteamValve servers.
The API is broken down into four functions (without taking into account
the P2P APIs).
k_cubVREndSessionSendsRumbleEvent 0x1
k_cubVREndSessionSendsChatEvent 0x2
k_cubVREndSessionSendsBattlerEndedEvent 0x4
k_cubVREndSessionSendsPlayerMessagesEvent 0x8
The correct event must be sent with an unsynced SteamID as player.
The API takes into account the SteamID of the player and plays the
appropriate rumble if they are playing a Game (0x1), changes the
background to their avatar in case of an Interactive scene (0x2) or
ends the current Battler for them (if they are not playing a Game)
(0x4). The last two events are only valid with a Game.
